Forms on an event

Volunteer sign-ups, protests, kit orders and feedback on an event's page, with payments and published outcomes.

Forms, under Noticeboard, is for anything about the event that is not an entry: volunteer sign-up, a protest, a support boat, a kit order, feedback. Open forms appear on the event's public page.

• Press + New form, give it a title and a description, and add its questions.
• Confirmation email is sent to whoever submits, with their answers under your words.
• This form is anonymous removes the email question, so nothing identifies who responded. Use it for feedback, or a concern somebody would rather raise quietly. An anonymous form cannot take payment.
• Collect payment charges a base fee plus any priced options, into the event's Stripe account. It can be spread over months.
• Untick Open to stop accepting submissions and take the form off the page.

Submissions and outcomes

Submissions shows every response. Tick Completed and write the outcome to close one off; the outcome is emailed to the person who submitted it.

For protests and redress, Publish outcomes on the public page lists each completed one on the event page against the sail number, with the outcome and nothing else.
