Exporting entries and Sailwave

Download your entries as a spreadsheet, one row per boat, in WeMuster's columns or Sailwave's, with ages worked out for you.

Export CSV, on Entries, downloads the entries in the current search and filters. Filter first if you only want one class, or only the paid entries.

• One row per boat. A crew's details follow the helm's on the same row, so a double-hander is never two rows.
• Order: by class then sail number, by sail number, by name, or by when they entered.
• Column names: WeMuster's, or Sailwave's (HelmName, SailNo, Boat, Division and so on) so the file goes straight into Sailwave.
• If the form asks for a date of birth, add Age and Age group worked out on the day you choose, using groups such as “J<16, Y<19, S”.
• Choose just the columns you want, and Save these options as a preset so next time is one click.

A spreadsheet of entries is personal data. Keep it somewhere only the people who need it can open, and delete it when the event is done.
