Let entrants pay over months, discount a family entering several people at once, and what happens when an instalment fails.
Under Entry fees in Settings, Allow payment over months sets the most months an entrant may spread the fee over, up to 24. Leave it at 0 for payment in full.
Entrants choose at checkout: pay in full, or the first payment today and the rest taken monthly from the same card. On Entries, the card shows how many payments have been made, such as “2 of 6 paid”.
If a monthly payment fails, the entry shows Payment failed. Try the failed payment again, in Manage entry, has another go.
Multi-entry discount (%) takes a percentage off every entry after the dearest when somebody enters several people at once, such as a family entering three children. Discount applies from sets how many entries one submission needs before it starts.
A membership year has a household discount instead, set the same way.
