The safety lead's screen

A live list of who is still on the water with their medical notes, and what to do when somebody is unaccounted for.

Safety Lead is a live list of everyone currently on the water. It refreshes on its own. Anyone with a medical note is flagged; tap them to read it in full. Use it to brief safety crews and to answer one question: who is not back?

If somebody is unaccounted for

1. Confirm in person before escalating. People retire, get a lift home and forget to tap back in.
2. Once you have looked and they are genuinely missing, follow your club's missing person procedure straight away.
3. Do not wait for the screen. Act first, and put the record right afterwards.

This screen shows medical information. Keep it turned away from the public, and lock it when you put it down.
