Your personal data
Who can see the details you give when you enter, what is public, how long it is kept, and how to have it deleted.
- What is public: your name, sail number and class on the event's entry list. The club may shorten names to an initial and surname, as it should for junior events.
- What is not: your email, phone number, emergency contact, medical notes and answers. These are seen only by the club running the event and the volunteers who need them on the day.
- How long it is kept: the club sets a time after the event finishes - 90 days unless it chooses otherwise - after which your personal details are deleted automatically. Your name and result stay.
- WeMuster never sells your details or uses them for advertising.
To see, correct or delete what a club holds about you, ask the club: it controls your details, and WeMuster looks after them on its behalf. If you cannot reach them, contact us.
