Data protection and your club

Your club controls its entrants' details and WeMuster processes them for you: what that means, and what to do when asked.

Your club is the controller of its entrants' details: it decides what to ask and why. WeMuster is its processor: we store and handle those details only to run your events. The data processing agreement you accepted sets this out.

• Ask only for what you need. Every question you remove is a question you never have to look after.
• Set how long details are kept, and leave automatic deletion on. See Closing an event and deleting data.
• Add your own privacy policy under Privacy policy in Settings. It is linked on the entry form beside ours.
• Keep exported spreadsheets somewhere safe, and delete them when you are done.

If an entrant asks to see, correct or delete what you hold, you can correct or delete their entry yourself from Entries. Get in touch if you need help with a request.
