The entry form

The questions entrants answer: what is always asked, adding your own, questions for one class, and options that change the price.

Entry form is the list of questions an entrant answers. The helm's full name and an email address are always asked, and so is your entrant number unless you have turned it off.

A new event starts with the questions most events need: a phone number, an emergency contact and medical notes. Remove any you do not need. Asking only for what you will use is good practice, and it is what data protection law expects.

• Shared (all classes) questions are asked of everybody. Pick a class along the top to add questions asked only of people entering that class.
• Any question can be Required.
• A tick box can change the price: Adds when ticked puts an amount on the entry, for a dinner, a T-shirt or a charter boat.
• Show at check-in puts that answer on the tally screen, in a white box, as the person goes out. Medical notes start with it on.

Press Save form when you are done.

Sail number, bow number or bib

What identifies each boat, in Settings, sets what the number is called on the form and the entry list, and whether it is asked for at all. Running a fun run? Call it a bib. Running a social? Turn it off.
