Giving someone access to one event

Share a single event with a coach, race officer or helper as an editor, a viewer, or a helper who never sees personal details.

Event access, in the event's Settings, gives someone this event and nothing else in your organisation. If they have no WeMuster account yet, they are emailed an invitation to this event.

• Editor: Everything, except deleting the event or changing who has access.
• Viewer: Can see everything and change nothing.
• Helper: The entry list, the tally board and the noticeboard. No medical notes, emergency contacts, phone numbers, email addresses or payments.

Helper is the one to use for most volunteers and coaches. A coach who needs to know who is sailing does not need their medical history.
