Taking payment on a form

Charge a fee on a form, add priced options and totals, spread the cost over months, or offer payment by invoice.

Turn on Collect payment in the form's Settings. Payments go into your connected Stripe account, the same as entries.

Base fee is charged on every submission. Leave it at 0 to charge only for what people choose.
A choice or tick box can add to the price, and a calculated question can be added to the amount payable, for a running total.
Spread over months: set 2 or more and people can pay in full or monthly. The first payment is taken at once, the rest monthly from the same card.
Also offer payment by invoice lets somebody submit now and pay later, for a school or a business that pays on invoice.

A form that takes payment must ask for an email address, so it cannot also be anonymous.
