Paying for an entry

Who you are paying, paying monthly, what appears on your statement, and how to know a payment request is genuine.

You pay the club running the event, not WeMuster. The money goes into the club's own Stripe account, and your card details are handled by Stripe and never seen by WeMuster or the club.

• The price on the page is the price you pay. Nothing is added at checkout.
• Some events let you pay over several months. Choose it under How would you like to pay?. The first payment is taken straight away and the rest monthly from the same card.
• Your confirmation email is your receipt.

Staying safe

• A real payment always happens on a Stripe checkout page, at a checkout.stripe.com address, after you press the pay button.
• WeMuster never asks for card details in a form question, and never emails asking for a password or bank details.
• Every event page says which organisation runs it. If it is not the club you meant to enter, stop.
